The rugs from the Qeeboo collection, designed by Richard Hutten, represent precious pieces of furniture waxed to give character to indoor environments of all kinds.
The Glitch yellow carpet shows a yellow floral design on a black background, intact in the upper part, which then deforms, elongating, and creates vibrant shades of yellow-gold tones.
The unprecedented and original aspect is represented precisely by the glicth, usually a digital printing error that causes a visual defect in the image, but which in this case the artist has intentionally used to deform shapes and colors, and communicate that an error can sometimes represent the value of a work.
