Essential for those who love to take the time to take care of their own person, bathtubs have become the protagonists in the decor, as much as they can take center stage, if the size of the environment allows it. This is the case, for example, of the freestanding bathtubs that can be placed far from the walls. These are classic bathtubs, but perfectly suited to modern-inspired bathrooms, creating in this case a pleasant contrast to the eyes. Alternatively, there are models of bathtubs with feet embellished with baroque and refined motifs, ideal for further enriching the environment with elegant details. Those who prefer other solutions, can focus on built-in bathtubs or even on traditional bathtubs, rectangular in shape and available in different sizes: from the smallest ones, real space-saving solutions, to the oversized or even customized ones, in case of bathrooms with particular dimensions in order to create a highly personalized environment.

The bathtubs have been used since the times of the ancient Greeks and Romans and since then there have been many evolutions of this product, increasingly in search of functionality and design. If before ceramic was the most used material, with time passing by the modern bathtubs have acquired an increasingly versatile aspect and have also been made of lacquered steel as well as being equipped with relaxing functions such as hydromassage and chromotherapy to ensure moments of great well-being. There is also space for other materials, such as acrylic stone which guarantees clean lines and resistance or Corian with its smooth and non-porous surfaces. Whatever type is chosen, it should be integrated with the rest of the bathroom, also combining the bathtub taps in order to create a harmonious area in which to feel at ease.
