Mexico, designed by Studio Job for Qeeboo, is a piece of furniture in the shape of a skull, which acts as both a stool and a table.
The designer wanted to play with man's greatest fear, death, reinterpreting and transforming it, and to do this he turned to the ancient traditions of Mexico in which painted skulls are usually displayed as a bizarre reminder of the cyclical nature of our presence on Earth.
The result is a collection of stools or tables, colorful, ironic, irreverent and even a little superstitious, with which to furnish outdoor environments as they are resistant to atmospheric agents or complete the interiors with a touch of humor.
The seat is comfortable and practical and, considering the large support surface, the Mexico stool can also be used as a practical coffee table, on which to share a coffee cup with friends, a drink or any object of common use.
